By creating an account, accessing, or using TaxSuite (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using TaxSuite on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amrin K Enterprises Ltd., a Canadian federal corporation with its principal place of business in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (“TaxSuite”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a Canadian resident or operate a Canadian business
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable Canadian law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
TaxSuite is intended for business use. While there is no restriction on personal use, the features, tax calculations, and reports are designed for food-service business operations.
Account Registration & Security
You must create an account to use TaxSuite. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- Not share your account credentials with any third party (except Accountant Portal users you explicitly invite)
- Notify us immediately at security@taxsuite.ca of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may create one account per individual. Organizations with multiple users should use the Accountant Portal feature to grant access to additional users. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is a violation of these Terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
TaxSuite offers the following paid subscription tiers. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Key Limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $19/mo | $15/mo ($180/yr) | 1 corporation, 2 locations |
| Professional | $49/mo | $39/mo ($468/yr) | 5 corporations, 10 locations |
| Business | $99/mo | $79/mo ($948/yr) | Unlimited corporations and locations |
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans on the same date each month, annual plans as a single upfront payment. All billing is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize TaxSuite to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over five days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account will be downgraded to read-only mode. You will not lose your data, but you will not be able to add new transactions until payment is resolved.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Free Trial
New TaxSuite accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the plan features selected at signup. No credit card is required to start your trial.
At the end of the trial period, you must provide payment information to continue using TaxSuite. Your data is preserved during and after the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, your account will be suspended. You will have 90 days to export your data before the account is permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time. One free trial per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to extend a free trial is prohibited.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your TaxSuite subscription at any time from your account Settings → Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the period ends.
Refund Policy:
- Monthly plans: No refund for partial months already billed. Cancellation prevents future charges.
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds are available within 14 days of payment if you have not used the Service substantially during that period. Contact support@taxsuite.ca.
- Billing errors: We will issue a full refund for any charge resulting from a billing error. Contact support within 30 days of the charge.
- First month free: The promotional first-month-free offer applies only to new accounts and may not be combined with other promotions.
Refund requests outside these terms are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact support@taxsuite.ca.

The calculations generated by TaxSuite are estimates based on the data you provide and the rules configured in the software.
You are solely responsible for:

Service Availability
We aim for high availability and target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (including Vercel, Neon, or Stripe), internet connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, TaxSuite's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed the greater of:
- The total fees paid by you to TaxSuite in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or
- One hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100)
In no event will TaxSuite be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, tax penalties or assessments, or cost of substitute services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some Canadian jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
